REFUND POLICY

Thank you for becoming a member of The Next Page. We want our membership and payment policies to be clear and transparent.

Digital Memberships

The Next Page provides access to digital content, including premium stories, members-only chapters, short films, and other exclusive content.

Because access to digital content is provided immediately after a successful purchase, membership payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law.

Subscription Renewals

If you purchase a recurring membership, your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the applicable billing interval until you cancel.

You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund charges for a billing period that has already begun.

Accidental or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or that a billing error occurred, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the transaction.

If we confirm that an incorrect or duplicate charge occurred, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Technical Issues

If a payment was successfully processed but you are unable to access the membership content you purchased, please contact us through our Contact page.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore your access. If we are unable to provide the purchased access due to an issue on our end, we may issue a refund when appropriate.

Refund Requests

Any request for a refund should include the name and email address associated with the membership and sufficient information for us to identify the transaction.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Processing of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
